Hello KickHeads,

First I want to thank our regular readers for sticking with us over the past two months. Sam’s new job on top secret video games that you will all buy takes up a lot of his time. Drawing, inking, and coloring DropKick takes a lot of time. Ergo, there were few updates over the last eight weeks. Fortunately, my erstwhile roommate found the time over the holidays to put the rest of this issue to paper; you can expect this it to finish on schedule.

Beginning in a few weeks with issue # 2: we’ve discussed moving to black and white so that Sam won’t crack under the workload. He’s an artist, after all, and has a very delicate sensibility despite is scruffy exterior. If you want to encourage him I suggest sending Hefeweizen, 80’s action movies, and tissue (for the sad parts).
